When will I get my order?
It usually takes 24–72 hours to fulfil an order, after which it is shipped out to you. The shipping time does depend on your location, but estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–7 business days after fulfilment
- UK: 3–7 business days after fulfilment
- Europe: 6–9 business days after fulfilment
- Australia: 3–15 business days after fulfilment
- Japan: 4–9 business days after fulfilment
- International: 10–20 business days after fulfilment
We do of course try to deliver your products as quickly as possible and faster than estimated.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at earthtimes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping reference, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and no returns can be made due to buyer remorse.
